How much does wash & fold cost?

What types of products do you use?
We only use odor free sensitive soap. Fabric softener upon request, otherwise we use wool dryer balls that work great at softening the clothing and removing static.
Do you hang certain items?
Absolutely! Your preference is important to us. Any items you prefer to be hung just put in separate bag or pillow case with a note inside outlining your instructions. Also, you can make a note on the instructions area of your account. However, given our turnaround times, some items may be returned damp. Please immediately remove all plastic covering on receipt of your hang dried items.
What are your pickup and delivery days?
Please adjust to Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm along with pick up only on Sunday evening 4 pm – 7 pm.
What happens if an item is missing from my order?
Taking care of your laundry items is our first priority. So, with that said, we understand errors can happen. Any mishaps must be reported within 24 hours. Please notify us via phone at 423-463-5709.

In laundering, we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage, or against damage to weak or tender fabrics such as curtains or synthetics. If labels are removed or missing, all work is done at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for unmarked dry-cleaning items sent in with your laundry.

How do I package my laundry for the first pick up?
Feel free to use a standard pillow case for your first pick up. We will include a Freedom From Laundry Standard Bag (or Bags per your request) with your first delivery.
What happens if I miss the scheduled pickup/delivery time?
We’ve put in place email and text reminder tools to help make sure you don’t forget. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out, we do reserve the right to charge a $20.00 missed pick up fee to cover costs.
Do you offer dry cleaning services?
Yes. We are happy to pick up and deliver your dry-cleaning items as well. Please see our Pricing Page for details.
